If you’d like to return an item to gardenhammock.co.uk, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items in the original packaging that came with the merchandise. All products must be returned in good condition. If the products received are damaged, please contact Customer Service.

Please Note:
- Customers do not need to pay a fee to return the products to us. Shipping and handling charges and other fees are reimbursed.
- We cannot accept cash payments on delivery.
- You need to provide a valid tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.
- Regular products can be returned for a refund, replacement, or a credit hold.
Once the Execution Centre has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that, depending on the financial institution, it will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

REFUND POLICY
Returns We understand that there are times you may not like your product, and we provide a 30-day window to return your product for a refund if in unused and excellent condition. If you’d like to return your item, there is no restocking fee. You need to contact us at contact@gardenhammock.co.uk before returning the item for return instructions.
Exchange To exchange a product, please contact us at contact@gardenhammock.co.uk and we will process the exchange. There is no restocking fee.
Defective Items If you find your order is defective, you need to contact us at contact@gardenhammock.co.uk with photos of the product (no need to return the item). We will immediately send a replacement product.
Not as Described or Wrong Product If you find your order is not as described or you received the wrong product, you need to contact us at contact@gardenhammock.co.uk with photos of the product. We will provide a return shipping label and once it’s tracked, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Change of Mind Change of mind is acceptable. You can return the order once you receive it.
Cancel Order We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore, if you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will try to stop the processing, but we cannot guarantee it. However, you can always return the order once you receive it.
All refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product. It may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account. We really try hard to make our customers satisfied.
